We saw how many people had the drive to start something of their own but felt stuck. Not because they lacked ambition — but because they didn’t have the structure, the guidance, or the right system to move forward.

I didn't start NextUp Capital with a business plan. I started it with a lot of failed attempts and a pattern I kept noticing.
I tried different things. Some got off the ground, some never did. But every time something didn't work, I learned something — about structure, about credit, about what actually makes a business real versus just an idea you're working on.
What I figured out is that most people don't fail because they're not working hard enough. They fail because nobody showed them how to set things up the right way from the start. No LLC done properly, no real online presence, no credit foundation, no systems. Just hustle with no structure underneath it.
Once I fixed that for myself — got the structure right, built the credit, got the funding — everything changed. So I started doing it for other people. First friends and family, then more and more people who were in the same spot I used to be in.
